About the Role Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Telecoms Sales Manager to lead their sales efforts in the Queenstown region and surrounding areas. This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving revenue growth for our client's comprehensive range of telecommunications products and services. You will play a key part in expanding market share and fostering strong client relationships within the Eastern Cape . This position utilizes a hybrid model, blending strategic planning and team management with essential in-person client interactions and field visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for telecom solutions .
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize their performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in telecom sales , with proven success in management roles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
- In-depth knowledge of telecommunications products and services, including enterprise solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in sales CRM software and comfortable with a hybrid work structure, requiring travel within the Eastern Cape .
