- Respond to booking inquiries and reservation requests
- Gather client dates, preferences, budgets, and other relevant details
- Research accommodations, cruises, transportation, and activities
- Compare availability, pricing, amenities, and booking policies
- Explain reservation options and next steps clearly
- Coordinate booking details with suppliers and service providers
- Verify guest names, dates, itineraries, and confirmation information
- Assist with reservation modifications and special requests




- Maintain organized client notes and booking records
- Follow up on outstanding questions and confirmations
- Participate in training on booking resources and supplier options
