The main purpose of this role is to support our team of Immigration Experts based in Spain and assist our clients with their Spanish immigration administrative procedures.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide immigration cases management support to local Spanish immigration Experts
- Provide accompaniment service to clients (town hall, police station, etc.)
- Proceed with updates in cases management system
- Manage office administration (supplies order, etc.)
- Deal with petty cash file
- Manage archives
- Dispatch invoices to local clients
- Welcome clients
- Any other activities necessary to support the Newland Chase practice in Spain
Personal Specification
ESSENTIAL
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the area of administration support and client service
- English: good skills as user level (oral and written)
- Very good MS Office and general computer user proficiency
- Service mentality
- Proven ability to work as part of a team
- Able to demonstrate a positive and flexible attitude to work, particularly new initiatives
- Proven ability to manage a diverse and varied workload
- Experience with administrative tasks
- Rigorous and organized.
DESIRABLE
- Work experience in immigration or visas services
