Abbott seeks an Operational Excellence Engineer for its Granada nutrition manufacturing site. The role involves leading the site's OpEx program, implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies, managing continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering organizational capability development across the facility.
Responsibilities
- Lead site training program identifying needs and delivering knowledge transfer across organization
- Support OpEx Roadmap development and accountability of milestone definitions aligned with strategy
- Lead and promote OpEx techniques including Standard Work, MOS, RCA, 6S, and Visual Management
- Direct continuous improvement projects and cross-functional teams applying Lean Six Sigma methodology




- Lead operational excellence maturity assessments and support LSS certification processes

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, operations, business, or related discipline
- At least 1 year professional experience in manufacturing, operations, or operational excellence
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, systems, and organizational dynamics
- Proven experience leading continuous improvement programs
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and project management
- Experience in change management practices
- Fluent English communication skills, written and verbal
