Requirements
- 5+ years pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably specialty markets
- Background in Learning & Capability Development, Commercial Excellence, or Business Transformation
- Strong business partnering and consulting skills with matrix influence ability
- Project or Program Management experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Demonstrated capability leading complex cross-functional initiatives
- Data-driven analysis and decision-making with problem-solving strength
- Proficiency in AI, data analytics, and digital adoption applied to learning and process improvement
