Position Summary:
To help us build the next generation of geothermal drilling technology, we’re looking for a Junior Mechanical Design Engineer who thrives on complex 3D assemblies, precision engineering, and real-world hardware development.

As a Junior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will support the design and development of advanced geothermal drilling tools and mechanical systems.
Working closely with experienced engineers and the R&D; team, you will help transform innovative concepts into robust, manufacturable mechanical designs, while progressively taking ownership of components and subsystems.





You will be involved throughout the product development process, from initial concepts and 3D modelling to detailed drawings, prototyping, assembly, and testing.
Your work will contribute directly to developing tools designed to operate kilometres underground in some of the harshest environments on earth.

Roles & Responsibilities:
· Create and develop 3D models, components, and assemblies for advanced geothermal drilling tools
· Support the design of mechanical components and subsystems for high temperature, high pressure, shock, and vibration environments
· Generate technical drawings and manufacturing documentation, including dimensions, tolerances, materials, and assembly requirements
· Support the development and maintenance of CAD structures, configurations, and design revisions
· Contribute to managing engineering data within PDM/PLM systems
· Work with senior engineers to evaluate design conce
