Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the overall operational performance of the resort and ensuring exceptional service delivery.Managing and developing a multidisciplinary team across hospitality, food & beverage, housekeeping, maintenance and facilities.Driving guest and member satisfaction through best-in-class service standards.Overseeing a multi-outlet food & beverage operation, including restaurant services, events and catering activities.Working closely with the Executive Chef to continuously enhance the culinary offering.Developing operational procedures, service standards and quality assurance initiatives.Collaborating closely with the CEO on strategic projects and business development initiatives.Managing operational budgets and monitoring key performance indicators.Building strong relationships with members, guests and key stakeholders.Leading by example and fostering a culture of excellence, engagement and continuous improvement.
