If you love data, testing and seeing your work show up directly in revenue, this is your seat.
You'll set strategy, run experiments and measure impact, working closely with Marketing, Sales, RevOps and Product.
To be clear about scope: this is not a brand or content role (positioning, organic social and the blog editorial calendar sit elsewhere), and you won't run paid campaigns day to day or build email workflows hands-on. Your job is to decide what to test, what to build and where to focus, and to make sure it moves the numbers.

Website & CRO — run the website as a conversion engine: test hero messaging, social proof, CTAs,



forms, demo vs. keep page speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile and multilingual landing pages (EN/ES/IT/DE) in great shape
Full-funnel optimization — map the funnel with RevOps, set conversion benchmarks per stage, define lead scoring (fit + intent) and MQL criteria with Sales, and recycle closed-lost and no-shows into nurturing
own each one's gating, landing page, CRM tracking and follow-up, measure leads and pipeline generated, and retire what doesn't perform
Nurturing & lifecycle strategy — design the lifecycle map and nurturing sequences by persona, ICP, language and funnel stage, including trial activation, re-engagement and win-back, tracked through to MQLs, demos and revenue influenced
Power users & advocacy — automate power-user detection from product and CRM data, trigger review asks at the right moment, and turn champions into case studies, testimonials, referrals and webinar guests
