We're looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE in BARCELONA
At Triangle Solutions HR, we have over 25 years of experience helping people find employment and companies recruit top talent. Manage customers' orders, changes and returns of products and/or services according to ensure timely and accurate product and service delivery
✔️Provide and excellent customer service experience to clients through different contact channels, in order to enhance customer satisfaction, engagement and increase sales
Contract: Temporary contract of 1 month
Schedule: 38,5 hours/week, from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 18.00
One week of unpaid training prior to the start of the contract on November 9th.
