ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Business Development Representative, you'll work directly with our customers to drive their expansion into the DACH market, learning fast and delivering real impact.

What would your day-to-day look like?

☞ Client-facing responsibilities ?

• Campaign engagement: Manage responses from outreach campaigns, handle follow-ups, and ensure leads progress smoothly through the funnel.

• Lead qualification: Assess inbound leads to identify high-quality prospects. Schedule meetings that matter.

• Proactive prospecting: When needed, go beyond templates.



Research and engage new prospects through personalized outreach via email or cold calls.

☞ Overall responsibilities ?

• CRM management: Maintain clean, up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and pipeline progress.

• Team collaboration: Work closely with Account Management and Customer Success to refine messaging, optimize outreach, and maximize conversion.

Requirements

ABOUT YOU

Qualifications:

• You have at least 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in a client-facing role, such as sales, customer support, consulting, hospitality, call centers, or a similar field. Internship experience is also valued.

• Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments is a plus, but not a requirement.

Languages:

• German proficiency (must have): native speaker or strong professional proficiency with a C1+ level.

• English proficiency: ability to speak and write fluently and idiomatically.
