Duties And Responsibilities

In this role, I will assume responsibility for the efficient operation of all tasks to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards. My duties will include:

• Ensure the prompt and efficient service required by standards is consistently delivered.
• Ensure all mise-en-place for restaurant service is correctly prepared prior to the opening hour of service.
• Have a strong knowledge of all outlet menus (food and wine) and daily F&B; activities, updating this knowledge as necessary.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling,



inventory management, and data entry to support the F&B; department.
• Participate in Hosts training sessions and meetings to improve knowledge of operational processes.
• Assist in coordinating events, private functions, and special services across all F&B; outlets, ensuring smooth execution.
• Assist in stock-taking and inventory checks to ensure that all F&B; supplies are maintained adequately.
• Support the management team in preparing reports on operational performance, guest satisfaction, and financial tracking.
• Actively monitor guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns promptly, and ensure follow-up on any feedback received.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-functional communication and a seamless guest experience.
• Understand menu prices and actively suggest upselling when appropriate to enhance the guest experience.
