The Role
Ventura Yachts Mallorca is seeking a proactive, commercially minded Junior Yacht Sales Broker to join our Mallorca team, supporting the sale of new and pre-owned luxury yachts.
Working under the direction of the Director of Ventura Mallorca, you will develop client relationships, generate sales opportunities and identify yachts for brokerage listing. You will receive structured training and practical support, progressively taking greater responsibility for clients and transactions as your knowledge and experience develop.
This opportunity suits someone with strong interpersonal skills, commercial ambition and a genuine interest in yachting. Previous yacht sales experience is advantageous but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development
• Identify and approach prospective buyers and yacht owners considering selling.




• Follow up enquiries promptly and professionally, establishing each client’s requirements, budget and purchase timeframe.
• Develop existing leads and build your own network of clients, owners and industry contacts.
• Help clients identify suitable new and pre-owned yachts, supported by experienced colleagues.
• Arrange and conduct yacht viewings, accompany clients on shipyard visits and assist with sea trials and deliveries.
• Prepare specifications, proposals and sales correspondence.
• Support negotiations and transaction management, with commercial terms and contractual matters supervised by the Director.
• Represent Ventura at boat shows, client events and industry gatherings.

• Provide attentive, discreet and professional service throughout the purchasing or selling process.
