What you will do. A glimpse in your role:
As a Field Service / Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing onsite installation and technical support for Shift4 and Global Blue solutions across Spain. Working within a global team, you will support POS and payment products for the Food & Beverage and Retail sectors, deliver frontline customer support, and build strong client relationships to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience. You will collaborate with regional and international teams across Europe, the USA, and APAC while contributing to projects, office maintenance activities, and product deployments.





Your responsibilities include:
• Support onsite installation, maintenance, deinstallation, and changes of Shift4 products, including Dine, One, Payments, and other solutions, in coordination with internal teams and customers.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing local first-line technical support and ensuring incidents and requests are logged accurately and managed according to defined processes and service levels.
• Diagnose, resolve, or escalate technical issues related to POS, payment, and Global Blue solutions while operating ticketing and issue tracking systems.
• Deliver field service activities across Spain and occasionally Europe, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and successful product installations.
