We are seeking an accomplished and commercially driven Senior Key Account Manager with a proven track record of developing strategic partnerships across the healthcare sector in Spain.The adecuado candidate brings deep market knowledge, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence complex purchasing decisions within hospitals, healthcare networks, and private healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities
• Grow key strategic healthcare accounts, driving revenue growth and long-term customer partnerships.
• Build strong relationships with hospital executives, clinical leaders, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
• Develop and execute account plans to increase market share and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead commercial negotiations, contracts, and pricing discussions to deliver sustainable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service, Clinical, and Finance teams to ensure customer success.
• Monitor account performance, sales forecasts, and pipeline development to achieve business targets.




• Use market insights and customer intelligence to identify growth opportunities and strengthen competitive positioning.
• Act as the customer's trusted advisor, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective resolution of business issues.

What you'll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline. An MBA or other postgraduate qualification is considered a strong advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of successful commercial experience within the healthcare industry, including significant exposure to diagnostic imaging, medical technology, healthcare IT, or related capital equipment environments. Experience working directly with hospitals, healthcare groups, and clinical stakeholders is highly valued.
