We’re Hiring: Freelance / Contract Opportunity

We are looking for a Change Manager specialised in HR Transformation to support a client in the implementation and integration of a new HR management system.
The successful candidate will contribute to change management activities, helping teams adapt to the new solution and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, communication and user adoption.

Location: Madrid, Spain - Hybrid (minimum 3 days on-site per week)
Experience: 3–5 years or more
Languages: Spanish required; English is a plus

Key responsibilities:
• Support change management activities throughout the HR system implementation.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Support organisational readiness, adoption and training initiatives.
• Facilitate the integration of the new solution into existing HR processes.





What we’re looking for:
• 3–5+ years of experience in Change Management, HR Transformation or similar projects.
• Experience supporting HR technology implementations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Sopra HR is a plus.
• Fluent Spanish; English proficiency is an advantage.

Project details:
• Hybrid working model, with at least 3 days per week on-site.
• Initial allocation of approximately 50%, with potential to increase.
