INFRA AI OÜ, an international company specializing in the cybersecurity sector, is
seeking a multilingual Administrative Secretary with strong IT skills and a passion for technology.
The idóneo candidate will support our team and international clients remotely, ensuring excellent operational management and demonstrating a strong commitment to data protection and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Secretarial & Back-Office: Managing corporate email; assisting with
scheduling for consultants and sales staff; digital document archiving; and general
administrative support.
• IT Support & Platform Management: Operational support for updating
corporate databases/CRMs.
• Communication & Relations: Independently and smoothly managing
correspondence and contacts (written and verbal) with technical partners, suppliers,
and international clients.
• Business Development Support: Market analysis; lead generation (LinkedIn
and databases); cold calling and introductory emails to prospects; CRM updates;
and scheduling qualified appointments.

Required Qualifications:
• Language Skills:



Proficiency (C1 level, written and spoken) in three
languages: Italian, English, and Spanish. (The interview process will be conducted in
Spanish, English, and Italian: Please do not apply unless you have a C1 level).
• IT & Tech Skills: Strong IT background. Good knowledge of online
collaboration tools is required.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc., is essential.
• A strong advantage is familiarity with basic concepts of networking, operating
systems (Linux/Windows), password managers, VPNs, and cybersecurity best
practices.

• Infrastructure: Access to a high-performance PC, a stable high-speed internet
connection (no mobile data), and a secure home workspace.
• Employment Status: Possession of a VAT number suitable for international
(B2B) invoicing.
• Soft Skills: Confidentiality, precision, time management skills, and a proactive
attitude.
