Mission:




The CRM Specialist supports the definition of CRM campaigns for Iberia Sun Brands consistently with Sunglass Hut and Ray-Ban digital assets and facilitates the execution of personalized marketing communications.
Accountable for maintaining CRM calendars and partner with the central and global CRM teams as well as with eCom group.
Coordinate CRM creative assets development and localization functional to the calendar execution. Accountable for the production of campaign briefings from planning stage to dispatch of data and art files.
A passion for data and analytics is vital for this role to ensure initiatives are continually improved delivering a strong ROI.

Responsabilities:
• Manage CRM calendar for all the different communication channels (EM, DM, SMS)
• Main point of reference between local market and external and internal agencies for email operations (design, content definition, copywriting and coding).
