About The Role

We are looking for a Finance Transformation & Accounting Policies Specialist to join a strategic financial transformation initiative within the Group.

The role will play a key part in defining, harmonising and implementing the corporate accounting framework,



helping to ensure consistent financial criteria across the Group's business units and geographies.

The main objective will be to analyse existing accounting policies, identify differences and risks, define a common framework, and contribute to the creation of the Group Accounting Policies Manual, as well as the mechanisms to monitor and ensure compliance with it.

Key responsibilities

Accounting policies and harmonisation
• Review the accounting policies applied across the different business units and geographies.
• Identify differences in criteria, inconsistencies and compliance risks.
• Assess the alignment of local practices with IFRS and corporate guidelines.
• Lead the preparation of the Group Accounting Policies Manual, establishing consistent criteria and best practices.
