Role Description The International Business Development Executive (Part-Time) will focus on expanding Giralda In & Out’s presence in international markets while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners. Working in a hybrid arrangement based in Seville, with some work-from-home flexibility, this role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting market research on target regions, and supporting the development of sales strategies and partnership models. The executive will manage outreach to potential clients and partners through email, calls, and virtual meetings, prepare proposals and presentations, and assist in negotiating commercial terms under guidance from senior team members. Day-to-day responsibilities also include tracking leads and opportunities in CRM tools, monitoring performance metrics, collaborating with marketing on international campaigns, and providing regular reports and insights to leadership. This is a part-time role,



requiring effective time management and the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across different time zones.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in international business development, sales, or partnerships, ideally within tourism, hospitality, or related service sectors.
• Strong skills in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying new growth opportunities in overseas markets.
• Ability to prepare professional proposals, presentations, and business communications in English; proficiency in Spanish and additional languages is highly valued.
• Comfort using CRM systems, productivity tools, and online communication platforms to manage pipelines and coordinate with international stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative approach to working in cross-cultural environments.
