The role
You will join the investment team and work alongside the deal teams across the full investment cycle, seeing first-hand how investment decisions are made.

Responsibilities
• Origination & screening: assess the commercial rationale and financial profile of new opportunities, run market research and take part in calls with advisers and industry experts.
• Deal execution: support live transactions from initial analysis through due diligence, coordinate with advisers, and help draft internal materials such as IC memos.
• Financial modelling: build and update operating models, LBOs and ad hoc analyses.
• Portfolio monitoring: contribute to reporting,



performance tracking and ad hoc analyses for portfolio companies.

Profile
• Bachelor's or Master's degree at a top-ranking university, available for an off-cycle internship of 6 months
• Previous experience in M&A;, PE, transaction services or strategy consulting is highly valued
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail
• Solid grasp of corporate finance and accounting fundamentals
• Excellent written and spoken communication, self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
• Genuine interest in investing
• Fluent in Spanish and English
