Role Summary

The Event Manager will lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of high-quality events, ensuring they run smoothly, on time and within budget. The role will oversee logistics, suppliers and event operations, lead the events team and work with internal stakeholders to continuously improve delivery and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and monitor event budgets, ensuring cost control and financial accountability

• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with suppliers, venues, and external personnel





• Collaborate with senior management to continuously improve event products and services and maintain market leadership

• Oversee event logistics, including transportation, catering, entertainment, production, and décor

• Lead, motivate, and support the event team, providing clear direction and hands-on leadership

• Ensure a consistently high level of customer service for clients, partners, and attendees

• Analyse event performance and prepare post-event and quarterly reports with insights and recommendations

• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards

• Contribute to event-related social media activity across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and others

• Provide input into sales and marketing strategies related to events

• Collaborate with internal departments to optimise workflows and suggest process improvements
