You're comfortable working independently, handling a variety of requests and adapting when plans change.
You're also digitally confident, enjoy working with systems such as Cvent and understand that a great guest experience often comes down to getting the details right behind the scenes.
You care about outcomes, quality and continuous improvement. You’re also curious about smarter ways of working including AI, automation and better tools that make work less painful and more powerful.

What you’ll be doing
You'll help deliver seamless guest experiences, handling everything from individual requests to arrangements for small groups.
• Manage guest requests from initial enquiry through to completion, including travel, accommodation, registrations, bookings and guest communications.
