What We're Looking For

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide functional support to customers and suppliers using the JAGGAER platform. In this role, you will help resolve first-line technical questions, understand customer workflows, and connect customers with the appropriate internal teams. Your work will support a reliable customer experience and help customers make effective use of the platform.

Principal Responsibilities





• Provide functional support to customers and suppliers using the JAGGAER platform, including first-line assistance with technical issues.

• Act as a connection point between customers and internal teams such as Development, Project Management, and Professional Services.

• Analyze customer and project-specific interfaces and workflows to understand issues and identify practical solutions.

• Manage customer relationships and escalations with appropriate ownership and follow-through.

• Maintain knowledge of in-house solutions and translate technical concepts into clear, accessible explanations for non-technical audiences.

• Good understanding of business processes and proficient computer skills.

• Strong customer focus, clear communication skills, and the ability to remain effective in a high-pressure environment.

• Ability to learn quickly, work in a solution-oriented way, and work autonomously when appropriate.
