Get to know us

Started in 2016, Frekuent is now the all-in-one payment and loyalty platform for unattended environments — 500+ clients, 100M+ transactions a year, 2.5M+ users across Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, and Singapore. We turn one-time buyers into lifetime clients with cashless, contactless, effortless payments: less friction, more reasons to come back.

2026 has been our biggest year yet — we've hyperscaled from 40 to 100+ people, with more hires on the way, and closed a €6M funding round to fuel what's next.
And we're just getting started — our goal is to become the default payment and loyalty layer behind every unattended transaction, everywhere.

Why this role exists
Going from 40 to 100+ people in a year means more teams, more processes and more manual work nobody has time to automate. Our AI Solutions Engineer is turning that work into automations, agents and tools that Sales, Operations, Support,

Marketing and People use every day — and there are far more good ideas than hands to build them.

That's where you come in. You'll work side by side with our AI Solutions Engineer as your mentor, building AI solutions real teams rely on — not demos that end up in a drawer. You'll see how an AI project goes from a business problem to something live, get regular feedback along the way, and leave with production work (LLMs, n8n, Claude Skills, CRM integrations) you can actually show on your CV.

What you'll actually do
• Build AI-powered automations with your mentor, from first prototype to something a team uses daily, connecting LLMs and n8n with our core systems (Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Ringover).
• Create and improve Claude Skills and lightweight AI tools that take repetitive manual work off business teams' plates.
• Sit down with teams to understand how they work, capture what they need, and help turn it into the right AI solution
