At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for an experienced Change Management Consultant to join a major integral transformation program within the hospitality sector, supporting strategic initiatives focused on Customer Success, Marketing, Salesforce platforms, and AI-enabled capabilities.
? Main responsibilities:
• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across global teams.
• Create and deliver communication plans, key messages, presentations, and change materials.
• Support training and enablement activities to ensure successful adoption.
• Define and monitor adoption KPIs and readiness metrics.
• Identify change risks and recommend mitigation actions.
• Support post go-live adoption and continuous improvement initiatives.
? Who are you?
• 5+ years of experience in Change Management
• Proven experience supporting large-scale business or digital transformation programs
• Experience with CRM, Customer Success, Marketing platforms, Salesforce,
or related technologies is highly desirable
• Fluent English
