Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following tasks:
• Provide daily support via our web-based helpdesk platform, as well as phone and email, to international Microsoft Dynamics partners, who need help with troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and use of the three products; Document Capture, Expense Management and Document Output.
• Reproduce reported issues and work with these together with our development team.
• Test new functionality in future releases.
• Document frequently asked questions and answers.
• Engage in continuous dialogue with solution specialists and the development team regarding technically demanding support cases and requests for new solution fea
