We are looking for a Supply Planner to join our procurement team in our Bolton Spain Business Unit based in Las Ventas de Retamosa (Toledo).
How your agenda looks like:
• Materials Planning: Calculate stock requirements and prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
• Supplier Management: Select suppliers, negotiate terms, track orders, and evaluate supplier performance.
• Inventory Control: Monitor incoming and outgoing goods and optimize stock turnover.
• Issue Management: Resolve delays, complaints, returns, and quality issues related to supplies.
• Internal Coordination: Work closely with the Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Logistics departments.
Your team:
Integrated within the Procurement team in Madrid, you will be reporting to the PSO Director.
What makes you a great fit:
• Degree or (FP) in Logistics and Transportation, Business Administration and Management, or professional certificates such as the Certificate in Supply Procurement Management and Control.
• Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and inventory control.
• English or other languages for managing relationships with international suppliers.
• Ability to interpret consumption data, lead times, and costs.
• Negotiation and Communication: Ability to maintain effective and mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers.
• Organization and Problem-Solving: Ability to respond quickly to unforeseen supply chain issues.
• Efficiency-Oriented Mindset: Continuous focus on cost reduction and margin optimization.
