In this role, you'll take full ownership of our company-wide internal intelligence systems, making business metrics clear and accessible to employees and leadership across the organization.
We're looking for someone who can independently drive technical initiatives from an initial idea to a working solution in production. You'll have the autonomy to make technical decisions, set priorities,



and take responsibility for the quality, reliability, and long-term development of your systems.
What You'll Do• Own the design, development, delivery, and ongoing operation of your systems, staying hands-on with production code throughout.
• Take broad business needs and turn them into technical plans, making decisions about architecture, implementation, and priorities.
• Proactively identify problems and opportunities for improvement rather than waiting for tasks to be assigned.
• Work directly with stakeholders to understand their needs, explain technical trade-offs, and communicate progress, risks, and blockers.
• Use AI coding agents such as Claude Code and Codex as part of your daily engineering workflow, while independently reviewing, testing, and validating their output.
• Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks across architecture, infrastructure, cloud resources, and observability.
