Scope of the Position
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will work closely with the designated Area Sales team, providing regular updates on activities, achievements, opportunities, and recommendations to ensure targets are consistently met.



You will proactively share relevant market and sales insights to support the achievement of business objectives.

You will have full responsibility for achieving sales targets and agreed monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs for Silhouette Complete Eyewear, evil eye RX, and future related products within your designated geographical area.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by identifying and developing new business models, partnerships, and collaboration opportunities within the designated territory, supported by proactive market and industry research.
• Grow the lens business by acquiring and developing the right ECP network to achieve agreed sales and lens KPIs, while taking ownership of the overall lens business across the territory.
• Develop ECP capabilities and sales performance through effective lens training, education, and business development support. This includes contributing to the development and delivery of lens tra
