We are looking for a professional with solid experience in project management and change management to contribute to the design, development and implementation of global methodologies, processes and policies for organizational development. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating international projects, advising different business areas and regions, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, helping translate organizational strategy into practical and effective solutions

• Participate in the planning, coordination and delivery of global projects, managing different project phases, timelines, dependencies and follow-up activities.

• Translate organizational strategy into concrete initiatives and actions, helping stakeholders understand priorities and put them into practice.

• Provide guidance to local, regional and general teams on the practical application of CoE approaches, processes and standards.

• Coordinate stakeholders involved in projects, facilitating collaboration across functions, regions and cultures.

• Analyse information, identify trends and detect inconsistencies, process gaps and opportunities to improve organizational practices and ways of working.
