The Senior Automation & AI Implementation Specialist will lead the adoption of artificial intelligence and workflow automation across a U.S.-based law firm. This fully remote opportunity is idóneo for a highly autonomous technical professional who can identify operational inefficiencies and turn them into practical, scalable solutions. You will assess existing processes, build AI-powered workflows, and connect essential business applications to streamline daily operations. Working with leading LLMs, automation platforms, APIs, and AI-assisted coding tools, you will improve reliability, reduce manual work, and develop customized internal solutions. You will own projects end-to-end, from identifying problems and designing solutions to implementation, testing, and continuous optimization. With direct access to firm leadership,

Accountabilities:

• Audit existing workflows across the firm to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for AI adoption, automation, and process improvement.

• Independently design, build, implement, and optimize AI-powered workflows that improve productivity and streamline legal operations.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and enhance existing automations and integrations to improve reliability, performance, and maintainability.

• Develop and maintain integrations across Clio, Lawmatics, Slack, Gmail, Dialpad, Hubstaff, Agorapulse, and other relevant business applications.

• Build and manage automation workflows using Zapier and n8n, developing more customized solutions when standard integrations are insufficient.
