We are looking for a temporary Industry Field Application (FAS) based in Madrid or Sevilla to support food industry applications.

The FAS role is the front-line technical support representative and is responsible for providing solution-oriented consultative training, technical support and troubleshooting at customer site, at every stage of contact on each technical support interaction in the field.

The person performing this role should be results oriented, operates with a sense of urgency and sets priorities in accordance with the needs of the company and the customer.FAS works to retain current customer business,



while developing and building customer relationships and intimacy that result in customer loyalty, retention, renewal and positive referrals. FAS promotes cross functional teamwork and cooperation across the business, removes barriers to productivity.

What will be the main activities?

• Assists in pre-installation inspections/audits

• Provides technical support, training and troubleshooting to customers

• Supports Field Application Specialists in executing service work orders.

• Assists in technical documenting and reporting.

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow.

• Optimize performance to consistently meet KPIs, ensuring exceptional service quality.

• Processes hours and expenses accurately.

• Deploy Field action on quite complex request, able to analyse and trace root causes.
