About the Role:

The Sales Strategy Analyst provides analytical and operational support to the Sales Strategy and Revenue Operations functions, helping drive commercial effectiveness, revenue growth, and data-driven decision-making. This role is responsible for delivering actionable insights, maintaining sales reporting and forecasting processes, supporting sales compensation administration, and identifying opportunities to optimize sales performance. The Sr. Sales Strategy Analyst works closely with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations,



Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure accurate reporting, strong data integrity, and efficient sales operating rhythms. While working under general guidance, this role applies analytical expertise to solve business problems, support strategic initiatives, and improve the effectiveness of the go-to-market organization.

Responsibilities:

Sales Analytics & Business Intelligence
Develop, maintain, and enhance sales dashboards, reports, and scorecards using Salesforce, Power BI, and other analytics tools. Analyze pipeline health, sales productivity, conversion rates, bookings performance, and forecast trends. Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to Sales Leaders and key stakeholders. Support recurring business reviews with data preparation, analysis, and presentation materials. Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic business decisions.
