Key Responsibilities

- Analyze carrier operations performance (collection and delivery performance ) and other logistics metrics highlighting key gaps versus targets
- Support with carrier WBR deep dives and to help on solving operational issues between couriers and merchants
- Prepare ah-doc reports on metrics, etc.,
- Propose new initiatives using AI tools to optimize logistics day to day operations
Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a Undergraduate degree in supply chain, logistics, business operations, or a related discipline. Available to attend the internship for a minimum of 16 weeks on a full-time or part-time basis;
- Able to start the internship in November 2026
- Data analysis and explaining ideas clearly;
- Interpersonal and communication skills;
- Fluent in Spanish and English in order to communicate with internal and external stakeholders in Spain
Preferred Qualifications

- Preferred majors Data Engineering and Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field;
- Passion to learn about logistics operations.
