AtFaes Farma, we bring togetherpassion, science and innovation to transform people’s health .We are looking for an experiencedPrincipal Scientist – Formulation Developmentto join ourPharmaceutical Development team .This is a key technical leadership role, with responsibility for driving innovation in pharmaceutical product development, providing scientific expertise throughout the product lifecycle and leading complex formulation development projects.Your main responsibilities will include:Designing, planning and executingpreformulation and formulation development studiesfororal, dermal and ophthalmic products, aligned with project objectives and portfolio strategy.Coordinating project activities, resources, timelines and deliverables, while providingscientific and technical leadership .Evaluating the technical feasibility ofnew product concepts, technologies and innovation opportunities .Leading troubleshooting activities and proposing solutions to technical challenges throughout product development.Collaborating closely withAnalytical Development, Manufacturing, Quality and Technical Operationsteams on scale-up, technology transfer and process optimisation.Managing activities withCROs and external partners, including protocol review, study monitoring and technical oversight.Preparing technical reports,



development documentation and regulatory support documents.Ensuring compliance withGMP, ICH guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements .Developing and maintainingStandard Operating Procedures and controlled documentation .Contributing to scientific publications, patents and conference presentations.What are we looking for?PhD, MSc or equivalent degree inAnalytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistryor a related scientific discipline.At least8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Developmentwithin the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or healthcare industry.Demonstrated experience informulation design, preformulation studies, product characterisation and stability assessment .Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical development regulations andGMP requirements .Fluent English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively in technical, scientific and business environments.We are looking for someone with astrategic and general perspective, a transformational mindset and a strong ability to collaborate across functions, challenge the status quo and support the development of scientific talent.If you are passionate about pharmaceutical development and want to contribute your scientific expertise to innovative projects with real impact on people’s health,we would love to hear from you .#J-18808-Ljbffr
