It is focused on supporting the execution of strategic activation programmes by coordinating workstreams, maintaining delivery plans, preparing activation materials, tracking progress and helping ensure that markets have the information, tools and guidance they need to execute effectively.The Product Activation Manager will work across multiple portfolios and initiatives, supporting major growth and transformation priorities that require strong coordination across Group, OpCos, Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Product and Partnership teams.The role will help translate program objectives into practical deliverables, support market readiness activities, and ensure that activation plans, actions, risks and dependencies are clearly documented and followed through.Success in this role will require strong organisational skills, attention to detail, collaborative working and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrix environment.What You’ll DoThis role will be responsible for:Supporting the delivery of cross-portfolio activation programmes aligned to Vodafone Business prioritiesCoordinating inputs across Product, Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, OpCos and partner-facing teamsSupporting the preparation of market activation materials, playbooks, readiness packs, sales enablement inputs and communication assetsHelping track market readiness, adoption, feedback and delivery progress against agreed milestonesProviding clear updates, summaries and insights to support programme governance and leadership reportingCapturing learnings,



feedback and best practices to improve activation assets and future programme executionThe successful candidate will be organised, collaborative and delivery-focused, with a strong interest in go-to-market execution, transformation and cross-functional programme delivery.
