Experteer Overview
As a commercially minded transformation professional, you will reshape Ricoh’s European finance operating model by combining process, technology and automation. You’ll partner with executive leadership to standardise processes, govern data, and enable scalable, data-driven decision making across the integration business. This role blends finance, technology and process improvement to drive growth through cloud, automation and AI initiatives. You’ll join a people-first, collaborative environment focused on meaningful work and measurable impact.

• Redesign and standardise finance and business processes across acquired and existing businesses
• Drive continuous improvement to boost efficiency, controls and scalability
• Embed governance and operating models aligned to the One Ricoh strategy
• Design and deploy a group-wide taxonomy framework for revenue classification and reporting
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation and emerging technologies to finance and operations
• Optimise and integrate ERP, CRM and reporting platforms
• Create end-to-end workflows to reduce manual activity and improve performance
• Provide financial reporting across markets and develop profitability dashboards
• Support profitability analysis to guide investment decisions




• Prepare executive-level analyses and presentations for leadership and integrations teams
• Support financial due diligence and integration activities for acquisitions
• Coordinate finance integration plans to accelerate value realisation and alignment

Responsabilidades
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Experience redesigning finance processes in an IT/Technology organisation
• Auditor or Controller background in top-tier consulting firms
• Proven track record in process improvement, transformation or integration programmes
• Strong understanding of finance processes, controls and governance (audit/consulting/finance environments)
• Experience applying AI, automation or digital technologies to improve business processes
• IT/Technology sector background
• Knowledge of ERP, CRM and business intelligence platforms
• Strong analytical skills turning data into insights
• Experience working across Finance, Technology and Operations in complex organisations
• Exposure to Mu0026A or large-scale change programmes (advantageous)
