Experteer Overview In this role you help build and evolve backend services and data infrastructure powering local shops and quick-commerce experiences. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to design scalable systems, implement reliable features, and improve developer tooling and observability. You will contribute end-to-end from design to deployment, collaborating with data engineers and senior engineers to support partners and data workflows. - Design and build backend services, APIs, and developer tools for the data ecosystem
- Address scalability, reliability, and performance in distributed systems
- Apply modern software engineering practices (code reviews, testing, CI/CD, observability, monitoring)

- Partner with data engineers and analysts to simplify data pipelines for usersResponsabilidades
- 0–2 years of software or backend engineering experience or recent graduate
- Working knowledge of Java or another high-level programming language
- Foundational understanding of object-oriented design and core software engineering principles
- Basic familiarity with Docker and deployment concepts
- Basic understanding of relational databases and data stores
- Exposure to batch or streaming data processing
- Curiosity to learn how data systems work from ingestion to consumption
