A Barcelona-based industrial manufacturer serves the DACH market and is growing internationally.

- Manage and develop the customer portfolio in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
- Identify and acquire new customers, distributors, and partners
- Conduct sales visits and build long-term relationships with customers and prescribers
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored technical and commercial solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, proposals, negotiation, closing, and follow-up
- Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms
- Analyze the market, competition, and new business opportunities
- Use CRM and ERP systems to manage customers, opportunities, and sales activity
- Coordinate with internal sales, technical, and administration teams
- Follow up after sales and contribute to customer retention
- Travel approximately 50% of the time, mainly within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland





Требования:
- At least 3 years of B2B sales experience
- Native or equivalent German
- Advanced English
- Ability to conduct consultative sales and commercial negotiations
- Customer-oriented, with the ability to build long-term relationships
- Autonomy, organization, and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Proficiency with CRM, ERP, and Microsoft Office
- University or technical education
- Driving license and availability to travel approximately 50% of the time
