About This OpportunityWe're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced HR generalists who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.We're looking for HR generalists with 4+ years running HR processes and hiring pipelines to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: job descriptions and interview scorecards, offer letters and compensation rationale, HR policy and handbook drafting, performance-review templates, candidate-feedback and rejection communications, and headcount and compensation-band trackers.Compensation: $70/hourCommitment: Adaptable, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)Location: Fully remote, work on your own scheduleStart date: ASAPQualifications4+ years as an HR generalist, recruiter, or people operations professionalDirect ownership of writing job descriptions, offer letters, HR policy,
