As part of Fever's People Analytics team, you turn data into actionable insights that guide talent strategy and employee experience. You’ll work with a modern stack to build dashboards, model data, and automate processes, while ensuring privacy and data quality. You’ll partner with HR, Talent, Finance and regional teams to inform decisions and improvements. • Be the reference for People data insights, supporting HR, Talent, Finance and regional teams in their decisions
• Build and maintain automated dashboards and reports for key People metrics (headcount, attrition, compensation, performance, hiring)
• Write SQL (BigQuery) and model People data so it is reliable, documented and reusable
• Build internal tools and lightweight apps on top of our data, using LLM-assisted development
• Design and validate AI-powered workflows over People data with a strong focus on privacy and access control
• Own data quality and consistency across People systems: detect issues, trace them to the source and fix them




• Keep exploring new tools and methods to raise the bar of what People Analytics can do

Responsabilidades
• 1-3 years of experience in data analytics; People Analytics is a plus
• Degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering or similar (a Master's is a plus)
• Strong SQL and solid command of Google Sheets/Excel; experience with a BI tool (Looker or similar)
• Hands-on experience using LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini…) to accelerate SQL, scripting or app development, and the judgment to review and validate their output
• Ability to explain findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders and turn data into recommendations
• Care for sensitive data: you understand why compensation and performance data need special handling, especially with AI tools
• Fluent English (Spanish is a plus)
