In this role you will design, launch, and scale digital channels to drive transaction volume and profitability in the foreign exchange business. You will work to optimize the funnel from traffic to transaction and build a scalable affiliate network that delivers qualified traffic and sales. You will lead performance analytics, weekly sales reporting, and identify bottlenecks to maximize channel ROI. This position sits at the intersection of digital marketing and partnerships, offering hands-on impact on revenue growth. Optimize the entire funnel from traffic to conversion to transaction.
• Affiliate Development: Build and scale an affiliate network that generates qualified traffic and sales.
• Performance Management u0026 Analytics: Prepare weekly reporting on sales, channel performance, and profitability.
• Identify the most profitable channels and key bottlenecks.
• Recommend and implement investment and performance optimization adjustments.

Responsabilidades
• Junior-Mid / Mid-level (3-6 years of experience).
• Idóneo background: Digital + Partnerships, or Marketing + Business Development.
• Experience in revenue generation and partnership development, with ability to scale web channels.
