Experteer Overview
In this role you drive the strategy and operations for Fever's ambassador, influencer, and content creator programs. You will redesign end-to-end workflows, scale processes, and implement automation to boost speed and reduce manual work. You’ll build the reporting and tooling to track ROI and performance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to expand the creator ecosystem. This is a hands-on, product-and-ops role that acts as the right hand to the Lead of Influencer Marketing. You’ll influence how Fever’s creator programs evolve in a high-growth environment.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Define strategy and roadmaps for the Ambassadors, Influencers, and Content Creators product in close collaboration with the Lead of Influencer Marketing
• Own end-to-end workflows: scouting, onboarding, briefing, contracting, payment, and reporting
• Identify and implement automation/tooling to scale capacity with minimal headcount impact
• Lead new developments from concept to rollout with cross-functional input from Data, Workflows and Automation, and Legal




• Build and maintain real-time program performance dashboards and ROI reporting for leadership
• Manage relationships with external tools and vendors supporting the influencer program
• Serve as second-in-command to prioritize and make process decisions in the Lead's absence

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years in operations, business operations, program/process management, or growth roles
• Proven track record in designing and scaling workflows and automating manual processes
• English native or bilingual
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple workstreams
• Builder's mindset with proactive problem-solving
• Based in or willing to relocate to Madrid, Spain
