Experteer Overview
In this role you will oversee supplier management and quality for satellite payload equipment, enabling on-time deliveries and robust qualification. You work cross-functionally with Programme teams, engineering, and QA to secure lifecycle milestones and address non-conformities. You’ll lead supplier performance, risk assessment, and development support to ensure industrial maturity before serial production. This is a mission-driven role in a integral aerospace context.

• Act as focal point to suppliers for operations and contract management
• Ensure on-time delivery and quality by coordinating milestones and life-cycle reviews
• Manage supplier contracts and performance
• Lead progress meetings, gate reviews, changes, deviations, waivers, and non-conformities
• Support industrial qualification during development/new product introduction
• Control supplier activities and understand supplier scope and status
• Engage internal and external stakeholders across programmes and engineering




• Perform some product assurance aspects with suppliers such as non-conformity management
• Assess supplier capacity, capability, performance, and industrial risks
• Initiate supplier performance improvement projects and contribute to tender assessments and supplier selection
• Demonstrate Airbus values and ethics in supplier relationships
• Travel up to 1–2 times per month

Responsabilidades
• Engineering degree in Electronic, Space/Aerospace or similar
• Experience in Supply Chain, Quality, Project management or Engineering
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• High organizational and motivational skills
• Knowledge of Space Systems, satellite electronics, radar/RF payload and/or manufacturing of payload equipment is a plus
• Business fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
