Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead retrofit projects for high‑voltage equipment, coordinating engineering, procurement, and site activities to restore service and improve reliability. You collaborate across engineering, product specialists, and commissioning teams to deliver safe, compliant solutions that meet customer needs. You’ll manage contracts, costs, and risks while driving on-site execution and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on, cross‑functional role with a meaningful impact on grid modernization and energy transition.

• Translate customer needs and facility constraints into execution plans via site surveys
• Prepare technical and commercial offers with cost estimates, schedules, and risk assessments
• Develop and coordinate technical solutions with engineering, product specialists, and commissioning teams
• Plan procurement, logistics, and on-site activities to ensure timely return to service
• Control project costs, invoicing,



and manage contractual changes and risks
• Maintain direct communication with customers and address deviations
• Coordinate on-site resources and ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards
• Identify additional service opportunities based on customer knowledge and asset conditions

Responsabilidades
• Practical electrical background; understanding of technical drawings and interfaces
• Willingness to travel within Spain and on-site periods
• Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency for international coordination
• Strong organizational, teamwork, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and project planning tools (desirable)
• High motivation to learn retrofit and high-voltage systems
