Experteer Overview
In this role you will coordinate localization workflows for Prime Video marketing campaigns, partnering with Marketing, Studios Production, and external vendors. You will track delivery progress, manage asset flows, and help ensure global release timetables are met. The role blends administrative rigor with process improvements in a fast-paced, global environment. You will work to maintain schedules, oversee asset delivery, and support cross-functional, cross-market execution with an emphasis on quality and on-time delivery.

• Coordinate localization workflows for static and audiovisual assets across Marketing, Studios Production, and third-party vendors
• Track campaign delivery progress and oversee asset processing through contracted vendors
• Maintain project schedules, asset trackers, and delivery calendars for stakeholder visibility
• Generate localized asset orders and track from kickoff to delivery with approved vendors
• Verify orders meet delivery requirements and flag inconsistencies
• Manage day-to-day vendor and regional contact communications; escalate issues as needed




• Draft and maintain briefing docs and templates; support tooling and documentation
• Troubleshoot rejections and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders
• Assist in billing and cost tracking for localization work; help ensure POs are issued and closed
• Collaborate with internal security and asset management teams for proper handling of assets
• Contribute to process documentation; identify workflow improvement opportunities
• Participate in internal tooling testing and rollouts
• Provide regular project status updates to leads and stakeholders
• Identify and escalate localization or delivery issues when needed
