Experteer Overview
In this role you will serve as a regional representative for Maersk within Gemini, coordinating operations, escalations, and contingency planning across regions. You will act as a SME for Joint Working Procedures and ensure alignment with Ocean and Coastal Fulfillment teams, while collaborating with the General Execution Center and regional partners. The position supports schedule reliability, dispute handling, and regional negotiations to protect Maersk’s interests. You will work in a dynamic, cross-functional team dedicated to lifting global trade and delivering consistent execution.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Represent Maersk interests within Gemini at regional level and coordinate with Gemini Partners on operational matters
• Serve as first escalation line for cargo, schedules, berthing optimization and related issues across regions
• Provide regional oversight of cases, negotiate resolutions, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders




• Act as Subject Matter Expert on Joint Working Procedures to ensure correct interpretation and application
• Own regional contingency handbooks and seasonal contingency negotiations with Partners
• Manage regional and global partner relationships, coordinating with GEC and other RCCs for consistent practices
• Support Finance on schedule reliability and penalties, and verify schedule deviations as needed
• Act as entry point for regional disputes (allocation, scheduling, contingencies, non-compliance) escalating as needed to HQ Network Committee
