Experteer Overview
In this role you will support the design, production and implementation of LOEWE offices and special projects within a fast-moving luxury house. You will work across high-profile projects, blending architecture, design and technical execution to meet budgets and timelines. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, sustainable spaces, from concept to on-site delivery. This is an opportunity to shape LOEWE spaces and contribute to a culture of craft and innovation.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Assist the Project Manager with conceptual design and layout for LOEWE offices and special projects, ensuring feasibility within budget and schedule
• Create 2D/3D technical drawings, moodboards and presentations to communicate concepts
• Support production and implementation, monitoring quality, budgets, timelines, materials and deliverables
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, contractors and external partners across project phases
• Track orders, budgets, materials and samples for timely execution
• Visit sites to monitor progress, resolve technical issues and ensure design compliance and safety
• Support LOEWE office projects across locations (Paris, Getafe, Barcelona) and other adaptations
• Contribute to special projects like Showroom and Craft Prize in collaboration with Marketing, Events,



Retail and Foundation
• Engage in research and implementation of innovative solutions for space optimization, materials, energy efficiency and acoustics
• Source new materials, furniture and techniques, keeping up with architecture, design and fashion developments

Responsabilidades
• 3–5 years of experience as architect or project manager with emphasis on office design and project delivery
• Experience in ephemeral architecture, museography or retail projects
• Master’s degree in Architecture
• Strong project management, organizational and coordination skills
• Technically proficient coordinating suppliers, contractors and external partners
• Excellent graphic representation skills (2D drawing and 3D modelling)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D software (SketchUp, 3D Studio, Rhino)
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Bilingual Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Interest in fashion, art, culture, architecture and design
• Creative problem-solver with analytical and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication and team-oriented approach
• Portfolio appreciated
