Experteer Overview
In this role you will own and continuously improve Glovo’s cultural and functional onboarding, delivering scalable learning across HQ and international markets. You will design engaging sessions, align content with values and business priorities, and track impact to drive continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate with People teams and leaders to identify learning needs and embed DIB principles into experiences. The position offers the chance to shape global onboarding programs and enhance automation and communications to create a consistent, inclusive start for new joiners.

Responsabilidades
• Min 4 years experience coordinating Learning u0026 Development, onboarding, training or employee-experience programmes end-to-end
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills across multiple workstreams, countries, and stakeholders without formal authority
• Experience facilitating in-person and virtual learning for diverse audiences
• Experience designing practical learning content based on objectives and business needs
• Experience applying DIB principles to learning experiences or supporting ERGs/mentoring and inclusion initiatives
• Professional fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication
