As Senior Finance u0026amp; Pricing Transformation Analyst, you will shape how Allianz’s global platform is priced, funded, and financially managed. You’ll own pricing model development, fee calculations, budgeting, and performance insights, partnering with senior stakeholders across markets. This role goes beyond reporting, inviting you to challenge assumptions and turn financial data into clear recommendations. You’ll leverage AI-driven analytics to standardize and automate finance processes, contributing to cross-functional transformation efforts. This is a high-impact position at the intersection of finance, strategy, and governance.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and evolve the target pricing model translating costs, drivers and assumptions into a scalable pricing approach
• Own recurring fee-calculation and allocation processes with data validation, scenario modelling, QA and clear outcomes communication
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting and actuals reporting; identify deviations and provide actionable insights
• Support funding decisions by preparing business cases and financial scenarios for governance committees
• Partner with Operating Entities and Group functions to align pricing assumptions and build commitment
• Prepare executive-level presentations and recommendations turning data into concise management stories




• Lead workshops and cross-functional workstreams; define actions, monitor progress and manage risks and stakeholder expectations
• Improve finance and governance processes via standardization, automation, and Generative AI applications

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or related discipline
• At least five years of relevant experience in finance, pricing, controlling, commercial management, consulting, transformation or program management
• Experience developing or working with pricing, cost-allocation, charging or financial models
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting
• Advanced Excel skills for robust models and decision support
• Strong PowerPoint skills for executive-ready storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders and drive topics independently
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with constructive challenge of assumptions
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Practical experience using Generative AI to improve analysis, communication, automation or productivity
